Xavier has a proven track record in entrepreneurship and has occupied various managerial roles at large corporations in the IT-telecommunications field such as Orange and Swisscom in the USA, France and Switzerland. Positions include Business Innovation Manager, IT Strategy Lead and Strategy Manager. He has conducted cross-organisation strategic projects across most corporate divisions and has first-hand experience in dealing with corporate politics and stakeholders. A passionate corporate trainer, Xavier specialises in powerful experiential-learning workshops focusing on developing Leadership and Innovation in organisations. He is currently delivering a Human-Centric Leadership programme for teams at Swisscom, at the intersection of design-thinking and Co-Active Leadership.

Xavier holds a M.Sc. in Business Informatics from Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse France. He coaches professionals so they may become Innovation Leaders. Xavier leads experiential workshops about Leadership and Innovation at Ponts School MBA, Paris, HSG St Gallen and M.Sc. HEG-VD, HES-SO, Lausanne, Switzerland.

In his spare time, Xavier enjoys hiking with his dog, practicing meditation and is a fan of heroic fantasy.

Marc’s mission as a coach and trainer is to help leaders maximise their impact on their organisation and the world. His vision revolves around a business world that has rediscovered the true potential of our humanness, lead by courageous purpose-driven leaders with greater consciousness, a bigger heart, and higher spirit.

Marc is a computer engineer by background (MSc, ETH Zurich) and holds an MBA in general management from INSEAD. He has worked as a management consultant during six years (with Accenture and a Pharma boutique consultancy), and co-founded and managed his own e-health start-up in Spain. Since 2012, Marc directs his own coaching and training practice, focusing on leadership development and team effectiveness. He is an authorised Team Diagnostic Facilitator by Team Coaching International (TCI) and has coached executives from 15+ nationalities and worked with very diverse teams across functions and industries.

Marc’s group facilitation style is highly experiential, warm yet provocative, putting participants through deeply impactful experiences that heighten their awareness and create a determination and commitment for sustainable and meaningful growth – on both a personal and organisational level. 

Marc has lived and worked in various locations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, allowing him to develop a high sensitivity and passion for cross-cultural challenges and opportunities. More recently, he settled down with his young family on the countryside near Zurich, Switzerland. In his free time, Marc enjoys the contrast between explorative traveling off-the-beaten-track, adrenalin-loaded kite-surfing, and peaceful yoga.
